Raw Garlic Tip

If you would like to wake up your next green salad, sliver (finely dice if you prefer more crunch) one fresh

clove of garlic per serving. My favorite at the moment happens to be romaine hearts with grilled white meat

chicken, shaved parmesan, Caesar Dressing tossed with raw garlic and seasoned croutons. Garlic does give

it just enough flavor nuance and bite to transform the ordinary to special. I like that in a salad. Don't you?

I like garlic on anything (I put it on my cornflakes in the morning 😲 ). One unscientific side-effect I have noticed: I have not been bit by a mosquito, gnat, no-seeum in probably 25 years. Don't know if the garlic oil oozes out of my pores and repels them, but everyone else will be itching at family picnics or BSA campouts and I'm just doing fine.

Yes, Sir. Some gf posties are so gross and leaden they're like warts on the ar$e of progress.

Others are so subtle that if they were any more subtle they would surely slide off the page.
