You'd be amazed how often us Dolfans get asked about the AFC South.... I honestly think that the NFL has got things arranged well enough. It USED to be much worse with only 30 teams, when Indianapolis was in the AFC East! With this type of geography it amazes me that they're even able to schedule the right flight schedules for the teams every week!
Oh yeah, I think that only NE and the Jets are geographically farther East than Miami, at least in the AFC. Jax is actually farther west than Miami.
