So what's the level of exchange rate between a Pawn Star Rec (PSR) & Non-Pawn Star Rec's (NPSR).

Considering that NPSR's have to be typed & PSR's only require a push of the button, I would say that one NPSR's is worth about 7 PSR's 😉
