Mondain? I don't find THAT in the dictionary.....

I did find this however:

http://www.google.com/[WORD TOO LONG].2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.,cf.osb&fp=5dcb926e972a056d&biw=802&bih=501

Are you trying to tell him it's about time?

My suggestion is when you want to talk to someone as intelligent as Gramp, you should make the effort to look at what you type and spell check it at least. I goof on spelling all the time so I take the effort to google a word which usually comes up with the right spelling, so I don't get embarrassed by mis-spelled words.

Like when you present a resume to a prospective employer, the guy spots a spelling boo boo and you are history because they want to see resume's as perfect as you can get them, not be loaded with redneck spelling errors.

I knew he was trying to spell mundane but I just wanted to make an example of the spelling.

Of course you are right that I should have looked for the correct spelling. I mixed two up. I know the word mondain also exists. May I know play the "English is not my native language" card? πŸ™‚

The Belgians don't have a language issue any more I believe. Today one of the houses of Parliament decided to split up the district of Brussel-Halle-Vilvoorde. πŸ˜‰
