Is it just me or has the RHP logo changed slightly?

It looks smaller, and the type has changed somewhat. Also, I think it's a bit too compressed - I can see the little furry jpegs artifacts at the top.

Rumour has it that they change that icon just before they ban you from the site. You sure yours has changed?

It has changed.

The logo is in two flavours - it is smaller if you are a logged in subscriber. (The one you are seeing.) This is because space reserved for the ad is no longer used.

i did notice it changed ever so slightly but i didn't think twice lol but now u mention it
