Mr ( or indeed Ms ) Moderator, the OP's post was neither offensive nor in breach of anything I could see...can you please illuminate as to why such banal comments were removed especially as you've effectively advertised the only possible breach, spamming that web site ? It stated 'live chess' wasn't best here, it isn't, but that's not why 99% of us play here ...

When a user has been at RHP for 2 days and made 4 moves and posts about a competitive chess site it is standard procedure to remove the post and send a message asking them not to advertise the competition.

Join any chess site, and if one of the first things you do is advertise RHP I'm confident the post will be removed.

I agree completely. Even if they had been a member for five years, why would they allow advertising of a competitor on their website?
