Gee, the Yanks don't have Matsui, Sheffield and Jeter and they're still drubbing the Sox! Triple A guys are jumping over fences and taking away home runs from the stunned Bostonians. The way it looks now, the Yankee Lear Jet could crash with all aboard and the Most Successful Sports Franchise in History could bring in Little Leaguers and still win the division!

Makes me glad all three of my favorite teams are in the same division.

The NL Central.

That catch by whatever-his-name-is was an outstanding play. Who the hell is he?

Jason needs to punch someone tonight before you Yanks get to comfortable.

Manny was already around 2nd by the time he realized Belky had caught the ball. Ha! It couldn't have happened to a nicer guy!

You may brush off the Bosox, but don't you dare discount the Jays. We have won 12 of the last 14 series and are leading the league in all major offensive stats after the 5th inning. We will make a run at the Division title and we may succeed if our bullpen decides to pull their weight sometime this season.

EDIT -- Our bullpen, with the exception of B.J. Ryan who has been worth every penny the team spent on him.

Heard that for 8 years running. Be happy with your 84-85 wins and third place that God has ordained.

I don't know. Jays are a hell of a team. Vernon Wells doesn't get the recognition he deserves.

I think the Jays could quietly surprise some people come postseason.
