That would be reasonable harrassment.

Unreasonable harassment would be a non-sub harassing a sub.

Reasonable harassment would a sub harassing a non-sub.

I suppose "unreasonable harassment" means not deliberately wanting to get on someone's tits on purpose, whereas in "reasonable harassment" anything goes as long as you do get on someone's tits...? Or do you actually have to mention or grab the tits in question?

And what about XanthosNZ? She gets on my tits without even doing anything, and I haven't even got tits. Is that reasonable or unreasonable harassment?

Your definition of unreasonbale harassment is my definition of 'annoyance'. I don't think being annoying is an actionable offence yet (although it probably should be).
