"reinstateted" ( temporarily ? )

so i log in on feb 4 and find my 11 month (remaining) subscripition is cancelled with no explanation...now i find after two weeks it is back ( also without explanation ). so i have 10 months left ( unless i get cancelled without explanation again ) i lost many games in two weeks for not playing ( but you are all still on my list for owing me an apology for being alive )...

It has to be some kind of serious system issue. No way you would be willingly let back in.

The sub was accidentally removed when the wrong expiry date was set. (Our mistake)

No feedback was sent though so it was only brought to our attention when we saw a forum post about it - at which point it was re-instated right away. Any “missing” times can certainly be added to your account.

Any kind of subs problem, send feedback right away!

Oh, there's PLENTY of problems with a lot of subscribers here that I could list and I send alerts almost every day and....what?....subscription problems?....oh, never mind then... 😳 😳
