When I was a kid we used to notice the Roman Catholics doing that. Whenever we had a test on, they always said it was some saint's day or other and they weren't allowed to work, i.e. do the test. They usually got away with it too.

ROFLMAO...That has to be the funniest thing I ever heard.

I am a Roman Catholic, and we were never able to use a saints day to get out of doing our school work or tests here in Nova Scotia, Canada. We all had to go to mass one day of the week, and the mass was held before first class started.

I lost out as a Roman Catholic kid living in Canada I guess. 🙁

Pay attention I was a kid, I paid nothing same as every other kid. 😉

You just feel a little cheated if other Roman Catholics were getting away with stuff, and you weren't. 😛

You see Religion as a club? That is interesting, as I have heard it called many things but this is a first.

Well time for my Hockey fix, hopefully I can get the Pittsburg game tonight.

Just give everybody 10-15 personal days per year to do with as they wish. That should cover everyone's religious holidays.

What's the point of being in the club if membership doesn't have its privileges!

That would proabably cover everone apart from Jews. Man they have some holidays!
