Don't be silly Zombie movies are just that movies not reality. You can be in perfect health and die, get hit by tractor trailer.

I worked out at good life and a fellow in his mid 20's I guess he would have been come out after working out and dropped dead in the parking lot on the way to his car. The autopsy said he had ingested too much of a protein drink I think it was called Big Red, but not 100% sure on that.

True. But there are no guarantees, except the negative one of entropy.

If you're careful, you may add some years to your life. They may even be healthy and pleasant. Or they may not. But one thing is guaranteed: if you do not die young, you will end up with at least one dicky joint. It may be too much sooner, it may be a bit later, but it will happen.

That's not to say that it isn't worth the effort. It is. But up to an extent. I wouldn't trade 70 years of joyous living for 100 years of ascetism!
