I watched The Emperor's New Groove countless times with my elder son when we lived in Japan and Australia (and I think we may have watched it in the UK a few times too). I can't think of an equivalent repeatedly-watched film with my younger son.

For me : Fight Club.
With kids : Every Pixar film ever made. Fortunately, we are out of that phase now.

Platoon. About 20 times and counting.

As a kid:

Airplane! (once watched seven days in a row!)
Naked Gun x
Back to the Future x
The Italian Job
first three Star Wars films

As an adult I've gone for quality and variety and not very many repeated viewings of any film.

I know no one will believe it, but I saw some films more than 200 times.

Glengarry Glen Ross. Countless times. I even extracted the audio and listened to it like a radio play.

A Nightmare On Elmstreet 1 to 7.

About once every two years.

The cook, the thief, his wife and her lover.
