I am trying to upload an Image to cl and the pics won't load (too big?) I get the message to resize the files using an editor. I can't see a way to do this. I'm not sure what they are talking about.

This url is to a site for a freeware image editing program called "photofiltre" that may be what you need. It will allow you to change the size of images and photos and do a lot of other modifications.
When changing sizes, one thing you have to watch out for is the ratio of height to width. If you change the ratio it will make your new image out of proportion when compared to the original. You may need to do some cropping first to make the ratio correct, save that image, then reload the new image and change the size of that.
Give it a try anyway, and see if it is what you need. As I said, it's freeware.
If you're looking to do just one resize, go here: http://www.resize2mail.com/
There are many sites where you can do a quick online resize, crop etc. Just google "online image resize".
I use FS Photo Resizer on my PC to resize. It works great, as you can do batch resizing etc. It's freeware and only 1 file!
