Check it out peeps.
Trade proposal:
TNR- B. Favre, T. Jones, L. Coles.
RM - D. McNabb

D. McNabb stats-
964passin' yrds 8tds 2int 8rushin' yrds 0 0 0 0 0 3f/l 56fn pts
B. Favre stats-
738passin' yrds 5tds 7int 25rushin' yrds 0 0 0 0 0 1f/l 27fn pts

Sep 26: The winless Packers probably aren't good enough to overcome turnovers and offensive miscues, and even quarterback Brett Favre has begun to realize it, according to Packersnews.com. "We can't make any critical mistakes," said Favre, who threw three interceptions Sunday. "From my standpoint, decision-making has to be at an all-time high. We're not good enough yet to overcome mistakes. When I was here in '95, '96, '97, a game like today, you could tell on the sidelines it was just a matter of time before we won the game. That's not the case now."

Views: While it's true the Packers cannot afford to turnover the ball, it's hard running a conservative offense when the club's playing from behind. We'll take a wait-and-see approach to this new revelation. Favre has another difficult match up this weekend against the Panthers.

Apart from H. Ward & T. Barber, McNabb is the man holdin' my team 2gether (he was definitely the man in week 2)

Although that T. Jones is no slouch, I got 4 RBs (I gonna hold on 2 D. Staley now) so do I need a 5th? I'd hav 2 drop some players aswell if the trade went through.

Nehow wot do I know. I watchd my 1st (full) game of NFL las week from start 2 finish & was slightly impressed. 😀

Opinions please....

What a great deal! 3 for 1!

Coles is probably the weakest link in the package now that Pennington is out for the season. I would be willing to upgrade that part of the deal.

Looking at your team, you most definitely need a better WR and could use a third option at RB. Parker won't be playing as much now that Staley and Bettis are back, and Bettis will get most of the touchdowns anyway (he plays most goal line packages). Favre is definitely not in the same league as McNabb (Fantasy-Football wise, not in real life)but he will play every game and is a shoe-in for 3,000 yards and well over 20 TDs.

depends who you have as a second QB, because you are definately downgrading in that position.

Edit: oh... G. Frerotte err. I might tread lightly. Perhaps look to fill your holes somewhere else. (not meant to be dirty)

Obviously he's downgrading, you schmuck! Why else would I offer him three players for one?! And with Favre, it doesn't really matter who your second QB is because the man never misses a game and even with debilitating injuries he can step on the field and throw 3 TDs and 300+ yards.

Favre hasn't been consistant this year.

Definitely not much of a consistent player 🙄

Replace "on this yahoo one" with "in life" and now you're getting somewhere.

I know he has a history, and a great player. He's down his #1 WR this year and on a struggling team. I wouldn't like to balance a fantasy team on something like that. That's all.

The thing with Favre is that it never matters who the receivers are.

Yeah nah sori darv, I tend 2 agree wif Coconut. In Rugby League terms, it would b like tradin' Andrew Johns... 4 Brett Kimmorley & 2 others. Both good 2 gr8 players on their day, but hands down you'd stick wif Joey (AJ) Johns everytime...

Nehow, fanx 4 info Coco 😏

Edit: jus checkd... the proposal's been pulld.

That's right. I pulled the trade. I reconsidered and didn't want to take the risk trading three decent players for a guy who will be hurt the rest of the season. That's not to say he won't have a monster year though...

Don't ever listen to Coconut. That little dry fart knows eff-all.
