Well the concert was great... even if YES did turn up an hour late and there was no support. Brilliant renditions of their songs - some even better than on record. There were some notable omissions to the set (close to the edge and awaken for example). They made way fpr a couple of spots to allow Rick Wakeman to play some of his other stuff (6 wives etc) and Steve Howe played some of his solo works.
Iwish I'd asked the price of the programmes before buying one - £10! Didn't bother with a £30 T shirt....

PGM mentioned King Crimson earlier... I wonder if he our anyone else knows of a connection between them and YES?

Well, as a long time frothing fan, I know the connection, but wouldn't want to spoil anyone else's fun trying to guess!

I will take this opportunity to point out that Iggy is from Detroit. 😀
I thought he was from Ann Arbour originally? (not sure about this...)

Close enough. I didn't think anyone from Australia would have even heard of Ann Arbor.

I have to confess I've only heard of it in connection with Iggy. But what's this 'Detroit' you mentioned?😉
