In the 5th round RoW took the lead: 24.5-25.5, partly due to Judit
Polgar's victory over Kasparov The Great. However... Is this really the
Rest of the World?...Anand (Ind), Shirov (now Esp), Leko (Hun),
Gelfand (now Isr), Short (Eng), Judit Polgar (Hun), Smirin (now Isr),
Radjabov (Aze), Ivanchuk (Ukr) and Ponomariov (Ukr). I'm just

That's all too true Dave. But... If the Soviet Union would still exist,
what would then be the Rest of the World? I didn't say that, but it was
what I really tried to imply. And Bobby... It's such a shame he
destroyed his own career at such a young age (32 in 1975). Pity. Jan
