Not quite everybody. I just did a player search with max rating 747: there are 235 pages of players. HelloKitty666, for example, is rated 303. Cute moniker, no profile though; too bad: might have tangoed with the Jalapeño Suppository...

Codpiece has a rating of zero: 31 games, 31 losses. Now that's dedication!

Codpiece earned his rating by not playing. First, a large number of games with Magical Pink Pony, all lost by move 3 (I think it's called fools mate). Since then it's by resigning every game around move 1 or 2. HelloKitty666 is another one who "played" Codpiece. They look like a bunch of little kids fooling around, except I wouldn't have thought a little kid would come up with Codpiece for a name.
