I know that site too - it's excellent! But if I had to choose between the two, I'd still stick with RHP, no contest.

Fortunately there's no cause for competition between the sites - RHP is a playing site, while chess.fm is a news/educational/chess entertainment site.

At chess.fm, the annotated games that change weekly are a brilliant feature... almost too good to get for free! 🙂

Agreed those anotated games are brilliant. I hope they don't go away.

And of course this post was tongue in cheek.

yes it is. i've only looked at it a bit, but agree completely.

what is the radio stuff though. i'm on freebsd and haven't set up a media player compatible media player. do they just broadcast matches 'push-by-push' with commentary?

Yes.

And it is awesome commentary by Masters and International Masters with, for me, brilliant insight. Very very entertaining.
