i suspect saddam will never get a fair trial because he would implicate too many others.

and this is exactly the reason i think he should have a fair trial.

and everyone should have a fair trial ALWAYS.

Actually, I was very suprised they found him for several reasons. Firstly, I had my doubts he was still alive. Secondly, I thought he would have some relatively powerful supporters. I thought he'd be living it up in some rich businessman or politician's house, not hiding in a farmhouse.
I guess the temptation of $25m was too much!
