I've just bought a Saitek Travel Chess game and although it is great, so far, on the levels I've played, it seems the be programmed to take pieces based on their points value, which once or twice has blinded it to my being close to victory. So, a few times I've sacrificed a piece which it was only too glad to take, but I'm sure a decent player would notice that the move is clearly a decoy. Any thoughts?

Unfortunately its really easy to beat even on the hardest level... ðŸ˜
Good idea though. The game on the plane didn't seem to have any concept of sacs either.
Originally posted by asromacalcioI once worked for a company that sold commercial chess computers. My job was to take brand new chess computers apart, remove the eproms and reprogram then with a program of Master strength. I suggest you do a search on Google to see if anyone offers this service for your brand of chess computer.
