This "may" seem a bit drastic I know but it will take care of the situation. Take a 10 lbs (4.53 kg)hammer and pulverize your hardrive then the keyboard, mouse and finally the monitor. That should take care of it.

Duct tape is a great problem solver, $3.98 at home depot. Try a 6 inch strip across your eyes or if you are on a diet a 3 inch strip over your mouth. 😀
