See, this reads blocky to me, the whole "I hate contractions" thing. I wouldn't say to someone, "Do not you see the point I am making?"
Do you really talk like that? I would say, "We just don't like to see our language mutilated." Or, did I just mutilate the language? 😕
And no you did not mutilate the language as it is still grammatically correct.
