I woke up this morning feeling fine. I set off for college, only to find out from my brother that he had taken an overdose the previous night.
He is currently in hospital, and we're waiting for news.
It has been said countless times by several different people, but i feel the need to re-iterate;
If you do feel like you are alone; talk to someone.
if you feel like everyone hates you; talk to someone.
if you feel helpless, and you want to end it all; talk to someone.
before you decide to overdose, cut your wrists, or do any other harm to yourself, think on the impact you would have to those who really do love you.
often your loss of life will have more effect than you can imagine. :-(
