I've heard this called Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Unless we're talking about two different things.

😕

I know, mate. I survived the Estonian winter once, but this time
it will be different since I am not a student anymore but a working
mature man
, lol

🙁

What are your plans for the winter?

I think you are right. He certainly isn't talking about Schizoid Personality Disorder. SPD is not something which affects you at certain times of the year, it's something you have all the time (that's why it's called "personality disorder" ). In short, people with SPD prefer to be alone, have few, if any friends, and don't show much emotion.

Yes, this rang a bell from your description and I found this on Wiki. It's the same mnemonic we used to learn this in class. God, school seems so long ago in another universe, hehe...

S – shows emotional coldness
O – omits close relationships
L – lacks close friends or confidants
I – involved in solitary activities
T – takes pleasure in few activities
A – appears indifferent to praise or criticism
R – restricted interest in sexual experiences
Y – yanks himself or herself from social relationships

One of them yanked itself away (not necessarily the last one).

To be honest the way you explain it. I think this is what I am. What can I search to learn more about it?

or is it just another name for antisocial which I know I am.
