Why do you not provide a logical argument to why I am wrong to find folly in your endless posts. Why do you not try to construct an adult argument to why you should be allowed to play here? Please explain to me why you are adding to the site, could you also explain why it is more important that your one sentance remarks are more important than the people they are forcing away. Can you also explain the hostility a lot of your posts have? These forums have had their flame wars and it was not nice - generally we try and be nice to each other, a supportive community. It would seem that the only person I have offended on this site is you - may I ask how many people you have offended at some point?

The whole point of the forums is about communication, developing friendships, and getting to know each other better. CFC and yourself seem to be getting to know each other, so why not have a game of chess and chat over that? We all know that threads loose tract and that discussions can go off in different directions, often ones that were not planned by the originator of the discussion. The problem is that there is too much idel comment from the likes of CFC and his mates, they are just destroying the forum like a virus. Every other post is spam now, people are just going to stop reading threads as they expect it to just be rubbish chat between kids.
You could also chat through MSN or Yahoo messenger or the like. The point is that every thread on this board is being infected by general chit chat that flows from one thread to another. If you were to click on a thread called say "Why Holland is great" you would expect to read about Holland, find out about people who had something in common with you, and you may want to add to the conversation on Holland. You do not want it to be a load of chit chat that is meaningless to the open membership, but I am afraid as things stand that is what you will get.

Please do not think of me as being mean and nasty, that is not what I am trying to be in anyway. I have no problem with you making 1000 posts a day if they are funny, thought provoking and enjoyable. This is an open forum, people come here to listen to the ideas and arguments put forward by other members. I am sure yourself, CFC and the others could add a lot of positives to the forums and I am sure you have some interesting arguments and perspectives to bring to a lot of subjects. Just think of it this way, if you post something it is there for good, so make sure it is worth saving 🙂

Now, as far as I can tell I have been the most "active" poster in the forums as of late. I openly admit that a large portion of this comes from the now infamous "longest thread". I don't think that there's anything wrong with that. That was the purpose of the thread, and I tried to put topics that may not be commonly discussed and to share with the others the current events in my life and likewise find out about them. This I maintain to be acceptable. Now, if at any time someone thinks I am being a little "too" chatty, then I certainly want to know about it! I'm not here to spam or any of that crap. I hate that as much as the next guy. However, just as I beleive you are trying to tell CFC (and possibly me?) that they are being a bit ostentacious in their posting, I hold that they (we) didn't mean any harm.
I don't blame them for being defensive. They haven't been here all that long (neither have I really) and haven't been exposed to a lot of the discussions about what we think is good community policy. On the other hand, I know that you are not really complaining (although I disagree with the comment that less people are posting because of it), but rather are tying to regulate a little to keep this place fun for everyone.
That's the ticket guys. This place should be enjoyable for everyone. If you tick me off, I'll let you know. If I tick you off, let me know. We can do this politely and if all parties TRULY care about the site, then we can all come to some kind of an agreement.

But I was not moping around the forums as u said. I was merely just talking 2 people a lot and enjoying myself.
