Ah, Mark. Don't blame Spanish for the lack of intelligence that backs it up! In spanish you can say entire sentences in one word, it's a more popular language worlwide(maybe) and you don't sound like a pansy when you talk to other people with it. My schedule is pretty stacked this year:
AP Calc
AP Stats
AP Computer science
Honors Global and Social Issues
Honors Physics
Honor English 12
Visual Basic 2
and another class filler that I forget! Shows how much I care about the classes I am about to enter! Hahahahaha......π

I can have sympathy for you. If the essay is on "Why War Is Bad" and you use humor... oops... The Teach probably will not see any humor. There is humor in all things, even war. Because one of the main roots of humor is sadism... that is to say, "The Misery And Sorrow Of Others". A key to whether humor works in any given situation is wheather or not ...[text shortened]... m all" then real harm to the line of wishers cancels the humorous aspect in most peoples minds.

Sounds excellent. I'd like to see some of your VB code....

It is not as safe though. Unlike teachers, bullies can be dangerous. But then life that is safe is life that is mostly meaningless. We only are able to determine if we have courage when faced with danger.
Remember Brave Heart. Moral courage to do the right thing is vastly more important than being safe. Don Quixote... Saving Private Ryan and Schindlers List.
Can't think of any French examplesπ

I had a teacher throw one of those wooden board rubbers at me once but luckily they missed. Phew! π
