The latest one for some Role playing game called EVONY shows a young girl in a robe with her boobs popping out. Someone is holding a giant knife pointing right at her boobs as if they are threatening to stab and kill her.

I probably know whats going on. The girl has breats implants that are called "queen". Somehow something is wrong with them (choking), so someone (you, the player) has to save them. The knife seems the tool you have to collect during the game to do the trick.
