I can see now why they invented the guillotine.

They should do to him exactly what he did to his son, THEN do the guillotine. But miss the throat, only get the top couple of inches so he feels it more, then do it again an inch in, keep him alive as long as possible, have it on a big screen TV so he sees exactly what is happening.
