I guess that without showing it, the ratings go into decimal figures.

i.e. 2231.9 - 2231.6

It does indeed. If you look further down the list (where most of us mere mortals are shown), you'll probably see a few other people on the same rating as you, sorted alpabetically (non-case sensitive).
