I been on a big music tour the last month, so my games been timing out, and my moves are limited, but I got a CM in 1 with somone rated almost 1900. Should I do the checkmate? or would it be rude with my greatly deflated rating?

If this person had the decency not to claim a win, you might want to thank him / her to hold the checkmate until your rating is improved to a 'normal' level. If that is not applicable, just continue your games as you would normally do. I take it you don't hold the checkmate for a 1200 player?

umm... are you ok?
Also, you were asking for advice on a game in progress. Whether or not you checkmate an opponent is up to you (and the opponent).
Also, next time ensure you aren't in check first.
