Yes, I just break it in half. I will check with my doctor if she can add 3.75mg to my prescription. It seems more practical, I agree.

I have friends who sleep too little every night but they won't try any help in fear they might become addictive. I am taking pills for my blood pressure and thyroid gland and I think sleep is just as essential. Besides, at my age what does it matter? 🙂

Sleeping pills are dangerous.
What if something happens like a fire and you don’t wake up in time?
I work out and sleep fine or have a few beers and sleep even better 😉

This tablett Imovane doesn't keep you asleep, it helps you to fall asleep - to relax. But primarily I think it is a psychological help - you believe it helps and so it does.

Exercise more drink less, you'll have a great nights sleep.

If you work out hard enough you don't need a few beers just an excuse for drinking.
