Cottage Cheese and Potato Chips.

Something about the cheesy and salty mix is so wonderful!

I eat cottage cheese with a spoon, I love chips, so I might try it.
Lately I have been eating mustard by itself. It's good in small doses.
I have a cousin by marriage, who eats butter by itself, ya she's a fatty.

I use it as a dip quite often. I add a little salt, a lot of pepper, and some garlic powder.

I just thought of cottage cheese and curry powder for dip.
Curry is good with everything.

Interesting. Sounds like a perfect post-yoga snack. 🙂

Has anybody ever tried eating fried crickets? Good source of protein.

I like a wedge of sharp cheddar cheese on a Ritz cracker with a dollop of Welches grape jelly (though I'm sure other jellies or jams are fine)

My grandmother and my father had them all the time. Growing up, I was quite surprised that NO one had ever heard of this snack. Those who tried it agreed it is GOOD.

We have a couple of boxes of crickets but I think they're dehydrated, not fried. One is salt and vinegar and I can't remember the other. Barbecue, maybe?

I find them horrifying.

You could be my son....not really(although agewise there is a possibility) but there may be an ancestral connection there because I too love old cheddar on a cracker topped with a jam/jelly/marmalade Mmmmmm.

must be a New England thing, cuz my step dad used to eat those. I've had it, they're okay, but not something I crave
