So I cooked last night for the first time properly and got tips on making a proper curry from a mate
Nearly cut my finger off...but thats life.......
The question I have is we only used a little tomatoes in our base but food tasted great (minus the finger bits).
Does anyone have tips for a curry meatball
Damn, no, mate, sorry, but I would recommend trying the curry with a chicken fajita instead. What do you say?
It goes down well in a pita bread with lettuce, tomatoe, sour cream, rice and beans. Very tex-mex, if you like, but worth a try.
A good red salsa made of tomatoes and garlic would go fantastic on top.
