We have allowed our beautiful country to develop into a criminal ghetto. I am so sad. Shootings and knife cutting, rapes, robberies.
Dr Peter Koestenbaum whom I had the privilege of working with at Volvo Cars in the late 80's once said: "The murder of State Minister Olof Palme brought evil to this country." It's all so sad.

"Gothenburg [Sweden], September 28 (ANI/Sputnik): Between 20 and 25 people were hospitalized after the explosion in a residential building in Sweden's southwestern town of Gothenburg, Swedish media outlets, including Aftonbladet daily newspaper, reported on Tuesday.

The explosion took place at around 05:00 AM(local time) in the centre of the city. In addition, there were also fire outbreaks in several buildings. Between 100 and 200 people were evacuated.

At least three people were heavily injured. (ANI/Sputnik)"

It's a large building with many people living there. It was mentioned in the news that there are speculations about a possible hate/revenge action towards a policeman living in the house.

So sorry to hear this. Sweden is such a beautiful country, I had this image of it being very peaceful there.

The Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention last year said the country - with a population of 10 million - had gone from having one of the lowest levels of fatal shootings in Europe to having one of the highest.

It's true, Drew. Mostly I believe it's about criminal gangs trying to gain territories with drugs. They usually try to kill each other but if you're unlucky you just happen to be where it happens - restaurants, clubs. Sometimes it's about minor things - quarrels that go wrong. I don't understand these people at all. Some blame it on segregation. Who would want to be integrated with people like that?!

It's frightening the extent to which gang culture and violent crime seems to be increasing despite frequent statements by governments suggesting the opposite.

I read about this in our newspaper this morning. ðŸ˜Ē It’s happening all over. Probably “gang turf wars”.

Politicians and governments want to hide that they are terrified, they are incapable of dealing with the situation. Yesterday I heard on the news: "We have started a preliminary investigation." Good heavens, who would have expected that...

In our report it said that Thomas Fuxborg (police spokesperson) said that it wasn’t something natural but likely something had “probably” been placed at the explosion site. Brilliant.ðŸĪŠ

They are creating a subculture outside of national laws. The only laws they respect and obey are their own, and in some parts of the cities they are the only rules accepted. They recruit youngsters who have already understood the importance of acceptance and protection, and those can only be found in the ruling gangs. As long as they are loyal to their gang, they have protection. In that way I understand what segregation does to people. What the police can do is to integrate in these parts and see what is going on.

When you are aware that immigrants come from different cultures with different backgrounds with all that entails, then I think it's often good and also necessary. Many of them come from difficult circumstances and many need help and a new place to live. We need to be aware that things don't work out by themselves - integration means that all of us change, both ourselves and the people coming to stay here.

So they ruined their country and now you're OK with them ruining yours. What exactly are you sad about then?
