compare it to feeling either good or bad. When you are always feeling good, feeling good becomes kind of avarage...after a while you are used to it (a human gets used to everything) and your not feeling good anymore! thats why u need to feel bad sometimes.
(and if your smart; while feeling bad, think about u need to feel bad so u can feel good sometime later...that way u might feel less bad (this doenst really work but its funny to think it might:p )
