Okay. Do you think it's good for inflamed feet to play football with Sød?

Shouldn't that be "especially American football"?

DUDE. The coin toss only decides who gets the ball first. Did you actually believe that the toss itself decides who wins the game??? 🙄🙄🙄

I sure feel very stupid now for thinking a single game would get decided by a coin toss while it's only a whole friggin' season.
So you think the NFL should adopt the NCAA overtime scheme?
I like the NCAA's overtime rules. That 7 OT game with Arkansas and Tennessee were crazy. Think Arkansas has the 2 longest OT games since they insitituted the rule.
The reason American Football players wear so much padding and protection is because the Govt was going to ban Football about 90 years ago because of 12? deaths in one season. So they could either start wearing helmets and pads, or disband the game.
even with the padding, people break legs, arms, faces etc every game without fail. It is an extemely violent sport, without ample protection nobody would survive on either team long enough to have a season.
I tried to watch the World Cup this time around, but all the flopping and PKing just turned me off.

However Nordles, as usual, you are completely correct.
Originally posted by GorgarThis is after they have already played a full season, it determines tiebreaks for playoff entry between teams who havent played one another and all other things being equal.
Yes I did.But it's not a game that is decided by a toss,it's a whole friggin season!

They factor in a lot of variables before it ever gets to the coin toss aspect. And unlike other sports, like Baseball, you just cant have an extra game on the NFL schedule due to injury risks etc.
Not to mention that the Wild Card teams already play an extra playoff round, it would virtually eliminate them from contention having to play 2 games while the Bye teams get to rest.
Not to mention that that scenario is so rare it virutally never happens. How many World Cup games came down to PKs? 3 of the ones I watched at least, and I didnt watch many.
Originally posted by GorgarYou should feel stupid since the possibility of that happening is about the same as a killer asteroid landing at the 50 yard line of the Super Bowl at halftime.
Yes I did.
