i DONT KNOW RELLAY WELL TO SPEAK ENGLISH BUT i WILL TRY TO EXPRES ME.There are a few new guys with high rates but what I can't understand is that they have only play 2 or 3 games> for example maurica and TovMouzer? i will be glad if somebody answer me. Thank u.

There is a new rating system that gives new players a provisional rating until they have played about 20 games. If they beat high ranked player in their first games their provisional rating shoots up really quickly :-)
