We just got a new ISP at my house, and apparently Limewire is getting blocked by a firewall now. I guess it's probably a router firewall (right?) since nothing has changed on my computer since the switch. Can anybody explain how to allow limewire to work through this?

Does it say which error it is...it might be a problem with the site..we don't know since you were very general.

Yeah, I can't actually figure it out, all that it says is that I'm being blocked by a firewall. 🙁

what firewall are you using? - check the blocked applications in the firewall settings.

I figured out the problem - it's fixed.

I have Soulseek and others, but don't really use them. I don't download music off of there very often, just if I want only one particular song or two, but not a whole album.
