Nothing is objectively better musically speaking, when you're talking about pop covers. Not even Bieber covering the Beatles is objectively bad, even though you're objectively an idiot if you subjectively prefer the younger mop-top. When the choice is betwern Hendrix and Clapton, anyone who speaks of "objective" is a fool.
