Soon Online(help)

Hello everybody who reads the thread, I have been working on a chees page a few days and since I have no expirience in creating a web site, I would apreciate if some of you hwo have done it give me some pointers.

First of all I got free service:

yes, with no "w's"

Then I created the soon online page, and started working on the page, a friend told me that microsoft publisher was very good for it and I have been working with it, but I think it lacks a lot of options, and I cant find the forums option, so I am stuck, and have no Idea who to call(for free since have no money to pay for design).

There are a some people in the club and kids among them who are very exited about this site and the club, and I really want to help them since in the city there are not much options for chess players.

Any help apreciated.
