Well done Janey - apologising like that took guts. But just before we
all put this little affair behind us I offer up this poetic record of events.
Hopefully Miss Take has a sense of humour as well as a black belt.. ;-
)

There once was a young girl from Wales
Who said, Look I'm harder than nails
So don't argue with me
Just say yes and agree
Or I'll deck all you whimpering males

Schliemann answered her post
But she flamed him like toast
And at one stage she said he was dim
He was really offended
His IQ he defended
And some of her posts found the bin

She still questioned the rules
Called a few people fools
And the argument got rather heated
I hear what was deleted
Could not be repeated
And Dave said, I do hope this soon cools

But last night poor Miss Take
Lay in bed wide awake
And she realised she'd been rather rash
She's said sorry to Dave
From now on she'll behave...
Till she finds someone else she can bash! ;-)

Very nice! What do i have to do to get a poem?

This is an appropriate way of closing an incident, in the fluent style
we are used from you. Well done, Gilbert

Janey: Does this mean I can go on holiday to Wales without
constantly looking over my shoulder.. ;-)

Gilbert: If Julia 'spills the beans' you could well make it into rhyme...
how do you pronounce sintubin and what does it mean?

John: I'll have to use my title because you took the one I did have
away ;-)

how far can I go back in time to find examples where she spilled the
beans? One hour? two? must be good enough isn't it?

Sintubin is pronounced phonetically: sintubin with the accent on the
first i, and the u is pronounced as in french "dur" (hard). It is derived
from a french name "saint au bain" , a 'saint in the bath' (village on
the beach).

sin (as in don't do that again!)

I once went to a town you should know
It's on the coast, it's called Lllandudno
The sun was out, it was quite warm
I took a trip up the Great Orme
At the top the weather turned
It's not unusual I've learned
I got back down all soaking wet
It's 'great views' I have not seen yet...
