Man, Gish is the only decent album that overblown pompous excuse for a musician Billy ever did.
Can't place it but it sounds like everything after SD was the result of the studio turning their songs into radio friendly mass appeal revenue generators. I don't get the same edgy vibe. Maybe it's just because I hated that Rat in a cage song :>
