do not trust any advice given by your bank, as after 6 years a policy i took out with mine matured, and guess what they are paying out less than i put in, saying its not there fault, even tho for the past year they have infered it was doing fine!! And the ombudsman is absolutly a waste of space as any rocking of the boat will cost him his knighthood as a champion of the people??
