They are quite expensive, but it should be much cheaper on the long run compared to buying industrial soy milk. I am thinking to buy a soy milk machine (as soon as I get a job and an income). There must be some people up here that already have one in use.

I would like to know your experience about the one you have. Does home made soy milk taste somewhat the same as industrial soy milk? What are you experiences with other type of milks, like from rice and nuts [vegetable nuts, not human ones of course!] and such? Have you found a use for the soy bean pulp?

Why do they call it soy "milk"? Does a farmer pull up a little stool under the plant and knead it's teats til milk comes out ? Shouldn't it be called soy "juice"?

It functions mostly as a cow milk surrogate. Guess that's the key.

u dont want to be messin about with milk, get some beer instead. Better still a beer makin machine!!
