Someone who should have been removed from this site years ago for the damage they did then has now been banned for Spamming on the PM system. It was not so much the content of the message ("RHP forums stink, come to my forum" ) that irritated, but the scale of the abuse. (Nearly 500 message still in the queue)

personally he has always struck me as a relativly nice person. no doubt there are others who think the same out there too.
is there no way to give him a second (or, if he's made mistakes before,) maybe third chance?

Thing that struck me is that he didn't even took the time to make the message a little more personal (as in greeting). He sent the exact message to everybody, which is spam, which is not allowed. 🙂
