At the end of a good night when all sloshed gotta grab himstrip him, hold him down shave him clean and cuff him to a lamp post... pref in the middle of a roundabout. Maybe a bit of paint & decorating or a nice sign next to him with a suitable caption?
Of course good mates will hide around the corner and only let him think he's there for the night.... also you could ask nicely at the local police station if a some nice police persons would like to be in on it!!!!
