i'm sick of eating hangi now, so i put the pan on and got distracted on here. smoke made me take notice, so i grabbed the pan and took it outside. took the lid off and i was nearly hangied without a hole.
not being a quiter i cleaned the burnt stuff and then put some more oil in and on she went. i keep a close eye on it while not being so distracted here. ...[text shortened]... to take it off the stove it splatters all over me and the wall. lol, sometimes you cannot win.
