I'll put a "fin" on Joey Whom. Am I in time to miss the "surcharge"?

According to my (2008/2009 evolving) point spread performance

indexed power ratings, 4.5 underdog Denver looks good tonight.

Denver Broncos 34 and San Diego Chargers 23 (missing the sticky Las Vegas point spread by -15.5).

Bob, that was the easy pick. By my count, you only got 5 or 6 right this week total! Nothing to gloat about. 😉

PS - San Diego D is soft.

After watching last night's game, it's tough to see the pendulum swinging back for any extendd amount of time this year.

Soooo SOFT.

What happpened to Shawn Merriman? 3 or 4 years ago, this guy looked like the next Ray Lewis. Now I'd say he's the next Ray J. Johnson.

Only seven. It was a bad week. Assume you your picks did well.

I wasn't sticky at all for the past few weeks. A trip to the hospital will do that to you. Plus a computer crash.

So here is a stucky bump upon my return 🙂

Glad you're back where you belong, Chucklets. If you see him, please tell Mr. Cold it's almost time for STG post#766.

Chucklets, here's a sticky question for you to reciprocate the "stucky bump" on your return. Let's say it's about 'beneficial errors'. Hard reality is that Job #1 for all of us = devoting considerable resources each day to managing adversities, stabilizing situations, cutting losses, overcoming obstacles and converting negatives to positives. Seems to me there may also be another softer side to our testing and trial by existence on planet earth, which often goes overlooked = getting the call wrong, going off on a tangent with hairbrained decisions, making jackass mistakes and bona fide errors... of which some of the tangible outcomes somehow become favorable. We neither earn nor deserve the benefits which may accrue but luck out anyway. Wondering if you or anyone relates to this playful perception. Whether on the little sixty four square board or on the bigger game board, any stuff of gratitude like this ever happen to you? -gb
