i'm going to start and leave a pen and piece of paper beside my bed so that when i wake up just after a bizarre dream i can write it down. last night i had two which were, even by my standards pretty weird but i can't fully remember them now.

and i want YOU to do the same.
report back here with your strange findings.

I record them in video with my Microsoft Dream Catcher 3.0

I had a dream once where I was making mad, passionate love to a fantasy style blonde, only to have all the walls and cieling seep blood, until everything was wet and red. We just carried on as we were, with no change in emotion or outcome but for simple colour and dampness, despite the knowledge that it was blood. What does that mean?

Right after CFT announced the prose comp, I had a dream later that night about an excellent story...it was so vivid....GENIUS! I woke up from it at about 4am and thought, "I MUST write this down! Get up! Get UP!! WRITE THIS DOWN!"

I didn't.

I fell asleep and totally forgot it by 8am the next morning. 🙁

It is gone.

I've had dreams like that. At one time I actually wrote it down. Turns out, it wasn't as brilliant as I
thought. 😕

Interesting. Mine are usually exciting, often comical adventures. One that repeats involves various airport, train station or other familiar large city settings. Sort of a responsibility challenge, puzzle or game about overcoming traffic grids, persistent roadblocks, seemingly insurmountable obstacles to get an odd jumble of a dozen or more strangers, friends and family members from Point A to B, C safely and on time. Seldom in black & white. Usually in vivid surround color and conversation audible. So real that should I awaken they continue in progress soon as sleep resumes. They're also interactive. I seem to participate and impact outcomes.

I remember once I had a "wet" dream. I woke up soaking wet from what I assumed was....well a wet dream. Turns out I was drunk the night before and had fallen asleep outside on the back deck and it had poured rain during the night.😳 I can't even do that right. I'm such a loser.:'(
