@diver saidI don't have much of an appetite for ice cream anymore, which I'm pretty sure my teenage self would have found hard to believe.
Last couple of years at Christmas I’ve noticed that walnuts and almonds make my throat feel itchy and too much creamy produce e.g. ice cream or Baileys (the wife buys it, ok!) make me feel bloated.
I’m now worried that my body is developing allergies in order to force me to maintain an improved diet and that fish ‘n’ chips could be the next weapon of choice 😧
Anyone else notice this creeping malaise?
@Martin saidWith a shot of espresso 😁
I told my wife about your post
Ice cream OR Baileys
She went nuts; it is Baileys poured over the ice cream.
@Great-Big-Stees saidIt's the oysters and chèvre that cause your problems. I bet.
As a lover of hot (spicy) food stuffs, I’m finding that my innards are starting to tell me to back off a bit. This saddens me, no end.😢
@Torunn saidNo, pretty sure it’s the hot sauces I put on, everything.👍😉

@Great-Big-Stees saidHot sauce with oysters and chèvre would kill anyone. 🙂

@Wycombe-Al saidI hate to be “technical” but one doesn’t EAT beer.🤔😲👍
